FRANCES WILLIAMS is a Pro Makeup Artist and Costumier based in London. With a BA in Costume Production from Rose Bruford College, Frances’ passion for makeup ignited during her costume degree after completing a module in Hair and Makeup for Theatre. This lead to two parallel careers emerging and existing harmoniously. Although often encouraged to ‘define’ ones career and stick to one discipline, over recent years these two career paths have made Frances’ skills unique and multi-faceted. Professionally, these skills have proven advantageous in developing one vision where makeup, hair and costume is cohesive.
